Location: Montgomery, NY and Fishkill, NY

Position Overview: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Verify accuracy of financial data and make necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain data integrity.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Prior office experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 45 wpm typing
• High School Diploma

Pay

• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Opportunity to move into accounting assistant role.
