Administrative Assistant - Montgomery, NY

 Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Onsite)
 

This is a detail-oriented, people-friendly office role. You'll do the personal touches that keep our clients and prospects feeling looked after — handwriting cards, sending mailers, and keeping our outreach organized — plus support our LinkedIn outreach and lead tracking alongside our lead searcher. It's a great fit for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable with everyday computer tools.


Part-Time Hours (choose one schedule)

  • Option 1: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm
  • Option 2: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm
  • Option 3: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm


What You'll Do

  • Handwrite thank-you and outreach cards to clients and prospects
  • Prepare, assemble, and send mailers
  • Track and organize sales leads, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Maintain and update our LinkedIn leads list
  • Work alongside our lead searcher to keep prospect information current
  • Provide general administrative support


What We're Looking For

  • Some administrative experience or very good computer skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and everyday office technology (email, spreadsheets)
  • Neat, legible handwriting and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and friendly


Part-Time Benefits
