Job Description:
The marketing assistant will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, our website, and video content. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about marketing and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish job postings to attract top talent, ensure postings are clear, concise, and aligned with our company’s brand.
- Create engaging thumbnails for our videos and social media posts to capture the attention of our target audience, (Canva, Adobe, etc)
- Manage our social media accounts, including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Create, schedule, and post content regularly to increase engagement.
- Maintain and update our website, ensuring all content is current and relevant.
- Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of our marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Be a self starter: a person who can work effectively without regularly needing instruction on what to do
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva
- Experience with website management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
