Your primary mission will be to help us dramatically expand our reach and engagement, with a strong focus on video content and visual marketing. Specifically, you'll be instrumental in:

• Driving YouTube Channel Growth: We're currently at 2,700 subscribers, and our ambitious goal is to hit 10,000 subscribers by year-end. You'll play a key role in developing and executing strategies to achieve this, including optimizing videos, researching trends, and engaging with our community.
• Creating Engaging Instagram Reels: You'll be a prolific creator of dynamic and captivating Instagram Reels, helping us increase our visibility and connect with new audiences.
• Video Editing Expertise: You'll be responsible for editing high-quality YouTube videos and Instagram Reels, ensuring they are polished, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
• Graphic Design for Social Media & Beyond: You'll use Canva to create eye-catching graphics for YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, and other social media content.
• Direct Marketing Campaigns: You'll assist in writing and designing engaging content for both direct email and mail campaigns, including designing postcards and mailers.
• Visual Brand Guardian: You'll serve as the main point person for all company graphics, ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Content Strategy & Execution: You'll contribute to brainstorming and developing compelling content ideas across platforms, seeing them through from concept to publication.
• Social Media Management: You'll assist with day-to-day social media tasks, including scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and interacting with our followers.

• A Recent Graduate with a Business or Marketing Degree: You've recently earned an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and are eager to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world, hands-on environment.
• Passionate about Social Media & Content: You genuinely love social media, stay on top of the latest trends, platforms, and best practices, and are excited to create compelling digital content.
• Video Editing Enthusiast (or quick learner): You're proficient in video editing software (or a quick learner with a strong desire to master it) and can transform raw footage into captivating stories for YouTube and Instagram.
• Visually Creative with Canva Skills: You have an eye for design and are comfortable using tools like Canva to produce professional-looking graphics for all our marketing materials.
• Strong Communicator & Marketer: You can write clear, compelling copy for both social media and direct marketing campaigns, and you understand the power of marketing to drive engagement and sales.
